Upgrade from 2012 RC to RTM without reinstall?

HI There

I do admin work for a small school and we need to rebuild our VMware servers to HyperV. I'd very much like to build the servers with Server 2012, however I'd hate to have to rebuild them in a month....

The other question would be, is when RTM happens (slated for this week) will it bereleased to MVLS and TechNet right away? If so, I can hang on a week yet, but school starts in September.

Is there going to be a non-intrusive upgrade path?
