NIC Teaming and VM's

I have a setup question.  Running Server 2012 RC 8400 w/ GUI and six 1GB NICS.

Is it possible, and also a good idea, to try this setup:

Create 3 teams consisting of two NIC's each.  Each team will have same make/model NIC's.

TEAM1 = Remote Desktop

TEAM2= VM1 running AD DS

TEAM3= VM2 running secondary AD DS

Each TEAM linked to its own Virtual Switch, but only TEAM1 is shared with host os.

THEN, in the Hyper-V Manager's individual vm's settings page, under the Advanced Features page of the Network Adapter assigned to the vm, enable NIC Teaming.

Then, in each vm, configure NIC Teaming, using the other vm's TEAM as one of the adapters added. --I've done all this, and in the properties of the vm's nic it shows 20.0 Gbps as the speed.  However, it isn't stable!  The MAC addresses keep changing on me, even if I set it to static.

Has anyone been able to get this stable yet??
