Running Hyper V on Win Server 2012 and Core 2 Duo P8700

Hey Friends,

i read several post about running Hyper-V on a Centrino Processor and now  I'm scared of trying ;-)

So, did anybody try to use hyper-v on a Dell Latitude E6400 with an Intel Core 2 Duo P8700 and Windows Server 2012 ? Is this possible ? 

Or did anybody try to use hyper-v with an P8700
