Using Computer manager to setup Shadow copy results in "RPC server is unavailable". What firewall rule enables this?

Shadow copies work if I disable the firewall.  So there must be a rule that needs to be enabled.

I have all of the remote management rules enabled.  But there must be another one somewhere that is blocking this.
